4^TH Eurie Eurasia Higher Education Summit by Istanbul Aydin University took place at Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Congress and Exhibition Center with the participation of many academicians, bureaucrats and education professional from around the world that was supported by ISTTA. The summit was opened by TUBITAK President Professor Doctor Hasan Mandal, THY CEO Ilker Ayci and Minister of Youth & Sports Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoglu along with ISTTA President Halil Korkmaz.

The 6^th edition of ACE of MICE by Turkish Airlines that gathered congress, meeting and event industry took place at Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Congress and Exhibition Center. This expo was attended by sectorial professionals from all around the world from America, Europe, Middle East, Far East, Russia and many more in Istanbul. Event was organized by “Fuar Turizm Medya Grup” and sponsored by Turkish Airlines (THY)

The 2^nd Istanbul Economy Summit that is one of the biggest economy organizations of Turkey, took place with a theme of Investment Opportunities in Turkey. ISTTA contributed to the event where 500 businessmen from 10 countries attended. The summit was opened by Binali Yildirim, who was the president of parliament at the time.

The biggest organization when it comes to the matter of Halal, 6^th Halal Expo and World Halal Summit was recorded with the support of ISTTA. The summit was attended by 350 companies from 26 countries with 40 thousand visitors from 80 countries in many sectors such as halal food, finance, tourism, cosmetics, medical, chemistry, machinery, Islamic way of life and textile

Russian Hoteliers and Restaurant Owners Federation President Igor Bukharoz and vice president Vadim Shpilman, Turkey- Russia Project Development Association President Ivan Starodubtsev were hosted by Istanbul Embassy with an outcome of establishing a study group for organizing an event with a sole purpose of putting forward the cuisines of neighbouring countries to Black Sea region. It was planned to invite 100 diplomats, businessmen and press members for the upcoming event.
